Sadonté was founded by Andrea Botha after a life-changing moment—losing her job at 50. Rather than give up, she created a legacy, forming a business inspired by her three daughters: Sasha, Donna, and Terri. The name Sadonté is more than an acronym; it's a symbol of love, resilience, and vision for the future.

With decades of global experience in business operations, Andrea saw a need for practical, affordable support for small businesses and startups. Today, Sadonté offers tailored back-office solutions — from company registration and admin support to branding, web development, and compliance, delivered with a personal touch and strategic insight.

Founder Andrea Botha brings over 35 years of multi-sectoral experience, with a solid foundation in international business and an entrepreneurial spirit shaped by resilience, innovation, and vision.

Her daughters—Sasha, Donna, and Terri—each contribute specialised knowledge and professional expertise across various fields, including retail, legal compliance, administration, design, customer service, and marketing. Sasha, in particular, brings over 12 years of experience in a state-owned entity within the financial services sector, adding depth to the team’s corporate and regulatory insights.

Together, this core team is strengthened by a carefully selected network of professionals—accountants, attorneys, IT specialists, and marketing experts—ensuring that every client receives tailored, high-quality support grounded in both expertise and empathy.
